Submit an Example
We accept several types of contributions:
- Code snippets as GitHub Gists
- Package vignettes (link to the published vignette)
- Data preparation workflows
- Tutorials or walkthroughs
- Other resources relevant to working with delayed surveillance data
Submission criteria
All submissions should:
- Be relevant to working with delayed or revised surveillance data
- Include a clear description of what the example does
- State the language and any package dependencies
- Be self-contained and runnable where possible, or link to a reproducible resource
- Use simulated or publicly available data (no protected health information)
- Include comments or documentation explaining key steps
How to submit
Open an issue using the community example template with:
- A link to your gist, vignette, or resource
- The type of contribution
- Which challenge and approach it covers
- A brief description
We will review the submission and add it to the examples table.
