date_of_reportDate the case was reported.
week_of_reportISO week of reporting in
YYYY_WWformat (character, not a Date).date_of_exposure_startStart date of the exposure window, ISO8601 YYYY-MM-DD.
date_of_exposure_endEnd date of the exposure window, ISO8601 YYYY-MM-DD.
date_of_diagnosisDate of laboratory diagnosis.
outcomeCase outcome:
"Alive"or"Dead".date_of_deathDate of death for fatal cases.
